[Closed] Split: cred commerce not adding product to cart

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Cred Commerce product not getting added to Cart when form is submitted on first page load.

Hi Steve,

Would it be ok to get a copy of your site to test here locally?

It will be much easier for me to work on a copy rather than the live site where I can disable plugins and check your theme etc without breaking your live site.

Hi, I have the same problem...

In the beginning, I thought it was a different problem, because I had no woocommerce cart page (my cred form should redirect to checkout) and as a result after the submission of the cred form the user was redirected to the main page. Yesterday I did set up a cart page and now the user will be redirected to the woocommerce cart page, where it says that the cart is empty...

Sure Shane absolutely Duplicate away- I suggest you do with out /uploads which is huge in this site You have credentials to both the live and dev site

thanks Shane- I just got pinged by the wp-engine banned plugin bot about a copy of duplicator. Not sure why they dont like it but assume that's you and i'll remove later today

yes that was me I was able to grab a copy of the site.

Right now I'm still not experiencing the issue but we have another customer with the same issue as well.

So we are still testing the issue.

Hi Steve,

We have posted some updates to our plugins.

Could you perform an update of all our Toolset plugins and let me know if the issue still remains.

To check for the updates you can go to Plugins -> Add New -> Commercial and then scroll to the Toolset plugins and click on Check for Updates.

From there you should be able to update your Toolset plugins.

Please try this and let me know if it helps.
