Do you mean that on the right column you just want to filter your posts belongs to Danse taxonomy term? I mean you want to hardcode the taxonomy filter with Danse taxonomy term?
Sorry - I'm still confused, maybe due to as I jump into the problem in middle.
Can you please clarify what exactly you want to implement with the problem URL you shared. Do you mean you want to implement the same custom search filters on that right column? Maybe few screenshots will help you to understand you issue and that will help me to guide you in the right direction.

i choose danse in Disciplines
if i select one of the result (Flying Fish)
i go on pic 2
and on the right list i dont have the same "Danse" result like in pic1
this is what I want if possible, that the result of a search in the company page is the same in the list in pic2
