Some users can not capture data in to "Entry Fields Group"

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to:
Capture data in to a field..
But some users can and others can not.

I expected to see:
Any admin user should be able to capture

Instead, I got:
Some users can not capture

Hello,

You are using old version of Toolset plugins with latest version of WordPress installation in your website, for example:
Toolset Types plugin 2.3.4, the latest version is 3.2.3
...
That will conduct unexpected results.

I suggest you try these:
1) Backup your website first
2) Upgrade Toolset plugins to the latest version, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
3) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, and test again
