Hello,

The latest version of Toolset Views plugin is 3.3.3, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/#legacy-plugins
click link "Legacy plugins"

And I have checked the URL you mentioned above, there are some JS errors:
(index):175 Uncaught TypeError: $(...).typed is not a function

The problem is abnormal, please try these:
1) Backup your website first,
2) Upgrade your the WordPress core to the latest version 5.5.3:
https://wordpress.org/download/
3) Upgrade all Toolset plugins to the latest version, you can download them here:

Hi, I already upgraded website wordpress to 5.5.3, types to 3.4.4 and views to 3.3.4 but still unable to display slider. Deactivate views will display slider so somehow views conflict with revolution slider

Since it is a compatibility issue, please provide a copy of your website in below private message box, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

Hi,

Thank you for sharing the website's back up.

Luo is on vacation, so I'll be following up on this ticket.

I've downloaded the zip file and will be performing some tests on my server.

Thank you for your patience and I'll keep you updated.

regards,
Waqar

any update on this? been a while. thx

I apologize for the delay in getting back on this, as I had an unusually busy queue over the weekend.

I've been having difficulty in manually updating the database file for a duplicate website, due to its size (400 MB).

Would it be possible for you to share the temporary admin login details of the website? This will allow me to download a partial or database only Duplicator package.

Note: I've set your next reply as private.

Thank you for waiting.

I managed to deploy your website's clone on my server and noticed that a fairly older version of the Slider Revolution plugin was active (5.4.5.1).

I updated WordPress and the Slider Revolution plugin to the latest versions (6.3.3) and the slider is now showing correctly on the homepage, as well as on the test page ( with the Views plugin activated ).

Screenshot - test page: hidden link

As a general rule, WordPress, active theme, and all active plugins should always be updated to the latest versions, to avoid any compatibility or script conflicts.
