[Resolved] site crashing after upgrade to wordpress 5.4
This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.
Problem:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'OTGS\Toolset\Access\Controllers\CustomErrors' not found in plugins/types-access/application/models/wpml_settings.php on line 400
Solution:
This issue will be fixed with the Toolset Access version 2.8.6.

This support ticket is created 4 years, 6 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.
This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Can you please share FTP access details as I would like to apply the hotfix shared by our devs to see if it works.

I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.
