[Resolved] site crashing after upgrade to wordpress 5.4

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class 'OTGS\Toolset\Access\Controllers\CustomErrors' not found in plugins/types-access/application/models/wpml_settings.php on line 400

Solution:
This issue will be fixed with the Toolset Access version 2.8.6.

hi
i get an error from the "access" plugin:

once i turn it off - the site is ok. but I have to have the plugin on.

When I use 2020 theme - it's ok, too. but with avada (not even the child theme) - it goes wrong again.

everything is updated no the site.

any ideas?

Can you please update the Toolset Access plugin to version 2.8.5.1. Does that help you to resolve your issue?

Can you please share FTP access details as I would like to apply the hotfix shared by our devs to see if it works.

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

Unfortunately - admin access details is not working but FTP does.

So, I've applied the patch file, do you see that fix the issue. Can you please confirm?

I would like to inform you that Toolset Access version 2.8.6 is already released that contains the fix for this issue.

Please update ALL Toolset plugins to latest version.
