Hello!
I have a custom type called "landing" where I want to display a selection of another custom type called "comercio". How can I do this?

You need setup relationship between post types "landing" and "comercio".

It seems the reference field can not find existed "Empresas ... " posts.

Is there any existed "Empresas ... " posts in your website?

If not, please add some "Empresas ... " posts, then test again.
If there is, then the problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:

1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

I can install the duplicator package file in my localhost, it works fine, see my screenshot: empresas.JPG

So it should be a server issue, please follow the document I mentioned above to get the PHP debug logs from your website:

in spanish page appear 'ponentes' (image 1) and in english page (image 2) said item not found. I need that in english page appear 'ponentes' and i can translate this. (ponentes is a repeteable group of fields)

Translate 'ponentes' is solved.

But i can't do this other,

In the landing page of custom type I add a company 'company' (see image), but in front this 'company' does not appear.

Thanks for the details, I have done below modifications in your website:
Edit the content template:
hidden link
find and select view block "Participantes", in section "Content Selection", choose option "Fichas de empresas->
Fichas de empresas that are related to the current landing-page"
