Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently upgrade my site, the WP was 5.5.4 and the Toolset Access was 2.8.8, Toolset Access from the Toolset site is 2.8.11
I didn't do the manual upgrade to the Toolset Access, I upgrade the Toolset Access and then WP core, the Toolset Access was upgraded to 2.8.10 and WP to 5.7.1.
After upgrading the WP core, I don't see the Toolset Access require to be upgraded to 2.8.11.
Should I download the Toolset Access to 2.8.11 or upgrade to 2.8.10? Please advise the correct upgrade procedure.
Best regards,
Kelvin.
Dear Kelvin,
Please try these:
1) Upgrade Toolset Types plugin to the latest version, you can download it here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Dashboard-> Plugins -> Add new and click on the Commercial tab, click button "Check for updates", and upgrade other Toolset plugins to the latest version.

Dear Luo Yang,
Thanks for your reply. It seems the Plugins page can't report the actually updated plugins, I don't see an update requirement to the Toolset Access version 2.8.10
The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Did you upgrade Toolset Types plugin to the latest version 3.4.8?
2) What message do you get when click the button "Check for updates"?
3) Did you get any PHP error message from your website?
