Hi guys,

I don't know why but something with the setting doesn't work.

I'm trying to make some adjustments to the view on my home page (see attached image) and many settings I change simply don't affect.

Few examples:
* I can't choose no caption for the image. I had to use CSS to remove the caption.
* When I try changing the container or image border and radius nothing happens.
* When I try to add margin to the "View All Tips" button nothing happen

I really don't know what to do. I'm sorry I'm opening so many tickets but I'm using your tool with all of your recommendations (plugins, template, etc) and keep having problems.

You have an admin user on the second open ticket I have.
Please do whatever you need. I'm holding my work on the website until I'll be able to make sure there are no critical problems we're unable to fix.

Thanks

p.s
not sure if it's related, but sometimes, when editing, I received a red line with an error message about 'Updating Failed'. See attached image.

Hello,

I can login into your website with the credentials from your previous thread:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/templates-problems-after-update/#post-2059875

It works fine in my chrome browser, I don't see the JS errors as you mentioned above, see my screenshot

It might be a browser cache problem, please try to clear your browser cache or try with another browser, and test again

Hey,

I tried using another browser:

* You're right and some of the settings issues is cach related, and I was able to make changes.

* I'm still getting the Jason error message. I can live with it since I'm able to save and the update eventually works but it's weird.

* Regarding the 'Caption Source' = None for the image - still doesn't work and I see the caption even when I choose none. I had another ticket about this which was resolved using CSS on the 'View' level. I'll do the same here for now but I'll be happy if we can solve this with no added CSS.

Thanks

Q2) When you get JSON error message, that means there are PHP errors in your website, please follow our document to get the PHP debug logs:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/#php-debugging

Q3) You need to remove the image caption manually, I have tried it in your website, by these:
Edit problem page:
hidden link
Find and select the Toolset image block, remove the content of image caption

it works fine now in front-end:
hidden link
see my screenshot image-caption

Q2. Done. The log is here: hidden link

Please let me know if you see any issues here. I can't read this far.

Q3. I can't remove the image data. I need it for other places.

Q2) The PHP errors are from another plugin "Rank Math SEO"
You can check it with the plugin author of "Rank Math SEO":
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/seo-by-rank-math/
or deactivate it

Q3) You can simply try these:
Remove that Toolset image block, setup it again

#2066271

Q2. Thanks. I'll ask them.
Q3. The same problem happens on other pages so removing and adding it again won't help. I'm using CSS for now.

#2067307

Which one is the problem "other pages"? please provide the URLs of those problem pages. thanks

#2067321

Please see another ticket I had, which we close about 2 weeks ago.

The ticket subject is "There's a gap\padding under image block".

Thanks

I assume we are talking about this page:
hidden link

I can see the problem in above page, and have tried it in my localhost with a fresh WP installation + the latest version of Toolset plugins, it works fine, there isn't similar problem in my localhost

So the problem is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
