[Resolved] Send over email?

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hello,

There isn't such an kind of option, if there is supporter available in chat, it will be created as chat ticket by default, but you can leave a message, for example:
I prefer to use email support(Forum ticket).

Then we can change it to a forum ticket, just like this one.
