Another additional Question to 1.)
is it possible to have a hardcoded email instead of the dynamic job post author e.g. jobs@test.com?

#1237527

Since it might be a compatibility/server problem of your website, but you are using 20+ plugins and a custom theme, I need your permission to deactivate plugins/theme, please backup your website first. thanks

Hey Luo,

off course you can deactivate plugins and themes. this is just a test site with a backup taken. so nothing can go wrong.
This is what i have tried so far:
- deactivate all plugins
- changed theme to twentynineteen
the emails are still send out if the field: "wpcf-get-notification" has the value = 2. But only the value 1 should put the child author (kita-like) in the bcc email list.

hope this helps!

Luo is on holiday. This is Minesh here and I'll take care of this ticket. Hope this is OK.

Well - can you please share problem URL where you added the form and where you added the form notification hook code and what issues you would like that I should look at.

Please share all required information and I would be happy to assist you with your issue.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.
