[Resolved] Selecting Address as a new field on the CRED form does nothing.

This support ticket is created 5 years, 3 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

I am trying to: Add a map to the cred form.

I expected to see: Details on adding the map to the CRED form.

Instead, I got: No response - the Address button does nothing.

Hello,

Thanks for the video, the problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please try these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

Ok I have disabled all the plugins except toolset and applied the default theme. When I select "Address" This is the javascript error- "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 499 ()" any ideas how to fix this?

Oh I moved the site to a different server and domain name but still the same issue.
