So I can not login your website.
Even the problem is in same page, but it is complete different question from previous questions, I suggest you create a new thread for it, also provide a valid login account for testing and debug

Q1) I assume we are talking about the option "D3 Queenstown, Tiong Bahru" in field "CENTRAL REGION DISTRICTS", and the option "D28 Seletar" of field "NORTH EAST REGION DISTRICTS:", they are in different fields:
a) field "CENTRAL REGION DISTRICTS": value "D3 Queenstown, Tiong Bahru"
b) field "NORTH EAST REGION DISTRICTS": value "D28 Seletar"
And you are using "And" in the option "Fields relationship" of wordpress archive "Landed House Archive", section "Query Filter"

So if there isn't any post satisfy both two conditions, it will return empty result.
