Not so long ago you guys helped me with this ticket: https://toolset.com/forums/topic/issue-showing-translated-products-using-wpml-and-views/

I resolved the ticket by mistake, because when implementing the solution i was not able to follow step 1:

1. When using post-relationships or repeatable field groups, it is important that the "Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language" option is selected for the parent post type ( instead of the "Translatable - only show translated items" option)

When i'm in the product in NL i see the following text:
This post type uses the Translatable - only show translated items WPML translation mode. To use it in a relationship, switch to Translatable - use translation if available or fall back to standard mode.

When i click the text link in this message (see screenshot), i end up in the settings where i can set the translation options for posts.
However, i can not find the two post types (not real post types but repeatable field groups) USP and Main Feature (see other screenshot).

Can you help?

Your screenshots isn't in English, it does not help.

I suggest you try to follow our document to translate the repeatable field groups:

There are detail steps and screenshots in above document, please let me know if you still need assistance for it. thanks

thanks for your reply and sharing the link to the documentation. Following the steps is not solving my issue.

Step 1 in the documentation is '1. Make the associated post type translatable'.
The associated post type is products and it is set to for these two repeatable field groups is set to 'Translatable - display only translated items' or the left option as you can see yourself in the screenshot.

When visiting a product in the original language (NL) the repeatable fieldgroups are not accessible (see screenshot). There is an error message showing: This post type uses the Translatable - only show translated items WPML translation mode. To use it in a relationship, switch to Translatable - use translation if available or fall back to standard mode.

So my problem is that since WPML is installed, i have no access to the original versions and i'm not able to translate.
Can you help?

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page/post URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
