I'm trying to create an input form for my client where he only has to go to one page to do a variety of things. The Post forms are working fine, but the Relationship forms are not.

I have created several many-to-many relationships, and created associated Relationship forms to go with them.

You can see them here: hidden link

The "Set Relationships" blocks at the bottom. In each of the boxes, I can get one of the options (e.g., Editorials in the first one) to show content, but the second one (e.g., Incidents, in the case of the first one) says "The results could not be loaded".

Same thing if I clear it out and pick something in the Incidents field - that populates, but the Editorials field does not.

Is there any documentation that you are following? Just the standard tutorial on relationship forms, which, according to my understanding of the documentation, should work for many-to-many relationships.

Hello,

I have checked the URL you mentioned above, I see PHP 500 error when click into field "Incidents", see my screenshot: 500-error.JPG

So there should be some PHP errors in your website, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
