I can attach your ticket to our internal ticket and update the developers to let them know more Users have reported this issue. Hi, just a quick update to let you know we plan to release updates to the AJAX process in Forms 2.5.6, and this issue will be resolved.
Forms 2.5.6 is now available, and this issue should be resolved.
When will it be ready for download? It's still the previous ver on download page.
Now ALL my relationship forms are redirecting to the home page (I have it set to reload current page, which isn't the home page).
It used to be that some of them worked correctly - but now no.

Pardon me, that was a typo. Forms 2.5.6 is the correct version, and it should be available now on the downloads page. I will update my previous comment that said 2.6.
I have reopened this ticket based on your previous comment. If the issue is not resolved, please let me know so we can reiterate on this issue and figure out what's going on.

If possible, I would like to work with a clone of your site, created using the Duplicator plugin. We have some instructions available here: https://toolset.com/faq/provide-supporters-copy-site/

Another option is All-in-One WP Migration. If that is not possible, I can try to work with a dump file from your database and a zip archive of your themes and plugins folders.
I can get a zip file of the site from wpengine. would that work?

Working with a full multisite database dump isn't really practical in my experience. Some of the plugin-based migration tools offer to split out a single site as an option. I've had luck with Duplicator Pro in the past on WPEngine, but I'd prefer to try to reproduce the issue in a single site if possible. Let me try to set up a sandbox site so we can collaborate if necessary. I'll create some posts and a View with relationship forms, and see if the problem is reproducible there.
