Tell us what you are trying to do?
Create a dynamic profile pages, using custom post types, custom fields, and content template. I've create the page using Toolset, all works well. However, when I tried using Rank Math SEO, the SEO scores are always low. They include recommendations such as:

Use Focus Keyword at the beginning of your content.
Use Focus Keyword in the content.
Use Focus Keyword in subheading(s) like H2, H3, H4, etc..
Add an image with your Focus Keyword as alt text.
Keyword Density is 0. Aim for around 1% Keyword Density.
Link out to external resources.
Add DoFollow links pointing to external resources.
Add internal links in your content.

When in fact I've created the content template and keyed in the data under custom fields for all the following:
- Headers (h1, h2)
- external links
- internal links
- included images with focus keyword as alt text
- repated the keywords several times

Keyword: dr colin lee

Is there any documentation that you are following?

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hi Luo Yang,

Rank Math SEO is a plugin on WordPress. It is similar to Yoast which helps optimize a WordPress site's SEO. I have attached screenshots from the earlier post above. Note that I have included content into the page, yet it is not able to track. The same goes with headers, images, and use of focus keywords.

Have your users had problems with this, where the Rank Math SEO plugin on WordPress is not able to optimize the website's SEO, when used with custom fields, custom post type and content template of Toolset?

Please advise.

Jake.

I have searched it in our to-do list, but don't find any related report, as I mentioned above, please provide detail steps to duplicate the same problem. If it is a bug, we need to provide detail steps to reproduce the same problem in a fresh WP installation.
For example, which Toolset Blocks conduct the problem, and how do you setup this Toolset Block.

Thanks
