I am trying to: View archive

Link to a page where the issue can be seen: hidden link

I expected to see: hidden link (4 columns)

Instead, I got: The beginning of a custom post (commentaires de lecture)

I upgraded toolset views and types last night to Version 3.3.10

Hello,

I have tried the URLs you mentioned above, with below steps:
1) log into(or not log into) your website
2) Test the URLs, I can see it displaying the results in 4 columns, see screenshot: 4columns.JPG

Is this problem resolved? or there is anything missing?

Hi - I fixed it by downgrading Views to 2.9.4 because when I upgrade to 3.0.2 all 4 columns are replaced by a single post. This only happens for non-logged viewers.
TOOLSET TOOLS Version 3.3.7 > 3.3.10 (no problem)
TOOLSET VIEWS Version 2.9.4 > 3.0.2 (problem appears)
I tried 3.0 and the same thing was happening.
So ##now## I set the staging site back to Views 3.0.2 to reproduce > see hidden link
But now it works with 3.0.2(!)
I think reinstalling might have fixed the problem. Downgraded to (1)Tools 3.3.7, then (2)Views 2.9.4, then back to Tools 3.3.19 and last Views 3.0.2. I hope it stays that way 🙂

I assume we are talking about testing below URL as non-logged guest:
hidden link

I can see the problem you mentioned above, and it works fine as logged-in user.
It is abnormal, it might be a cache/compatibility issue, I suggest you check these:
1) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2020, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again

2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
