I am trying to: fill a flat taxonomy field "thème" in a cred form

I visited this URL: hidden link

I expected to see: an auto-suggest tooltip with suggested terms ;

Instead, I got: no tooltip with suggested terms (it works with another flat taxonomy)

I have other problems with this taxonomy : the term already choosen doesn't appear in my edit form (nothing appear in the edit field of this taxonomy) ; this taxonomy doesn't appear in the Access Control (all other taxonomies appear).

I can 't see that form on your Website, probably it's hidden by Access?

I would need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site
in order to be of better help

Your next answer will be private which means only you and I have access to it.

❌ Please backup your database and website ❌

I would also need to know how this Taxonomy has been set up, and if re-saving the taxonomy changes the problem.

Once I see the form, I can try to rebuild a similar situation locally and see if I can replicate this issue somehow.

If you have specific steps how I can do this, you might also post them here so I can quickly try to replicate it.

If I will not be able to do this, I will need a Site's Snapshot with the full steps where and how the issue happens, so I can deploy the site locally and try to fix the problem.

We usually recommend the free Plugin "Duplicator" for this porpoise.

If you already know how Duplicator works
(http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/),
please skip the following steps and just send me the installer file and the zipped package you downloaded.

Send me both files (you probably want to use DropBox, Google Drive, or similar services, as the snapshot file will be quite big)

❌ IMPORTANT ❌
Remember to create or keep an admin account for me before creating the snapshot, or I won't be able to login. You may delete the new admin account once the snapshot has been built.

I will enable your next answer as private so you can provide me the information securely.
