This way we can know exactly what the error that is causing the white screen.

Thank you for your e-mail, I will be happy to help you.
We have checked the error on your domain and could find the following error in our logs:
PHP Warning: PHP Startup: geoip: Unable to initialize module Modules compiled with module API=20060613 PHP compiled with module API=20131226 These options need to match
Apparently your presence has difficulties with the compiled GeoIP. module. This was apparently not compiled correctly. We recommend that you check this out.
lease do not hesitate to contact us again at any time if you have any questions or problems. We will be happy to help you.

This doesn't seem to be caused by our toolset plugins, as I mentioned i've disabled both the Types plugin and the Views plugin in our backend and the issue still remains.
Perhaps whats needed to be done here is to disable all your plugins as something else is causing this issue.
I would agree with you but the only software which is being upgraded is toolset and not any others, the site works with out a problem when tool set stays at its current version. If i had upgraded other plugin an this happened then that software would be a problem.
is there any comparability problems with the versions of plugins we have on our site or the template version? I would be appreciated if you confirmed this for us
Hi
Any more update on trouble shooting this problem as the last replay is an unexceptable when it is your product being upgraded and the site going down as soon as this has been done. to blame another plugging for the problem is a bit of a cop out
1. Your site was running WordPress 4.5.x. I have updated WordPress for you. I strongly suggest you keep all your plugins up-to-date, as well.
2. There is a FATAL ERROR in your child theme that occurs when no plugins are active:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function sf_theme_supports() in /path/to/wp-content/themes/cardinal-child/swift-framework/core/sf-menus.php on line 29
This child theme is not compatible with WordPress 4.9.8 and should be updated. It has nothing to do with Toolset or any other plugin. Our support policy states that we do not troubleshoot problems in custom themes.
3. There was a FATAL ERROR in Cardinal 2.5.51 when no plugins are active:
Fatal error: Class 'WPSE_78121_Sublevel_Walker' not found in /path/to/wp-content/themes/cardinal/swift-framework/sf-megamenu/mega_menu_custom_walker.php on line 10
This parent theme, Cardinal 2.5.51, was incompatible with WP 4.9.8. It had nothing to do with Toolset or any other plugin, this version of the theme was just broken in WordPress 4.9.8. It's possible that it was working before on a lower version of WordPress, but it does not work now. I updated to Cardinal 2.6.23 and this fatal error was resolved. I have activated the parent theme now so your site is usable. I placed a zip archive backup of the old version in the themes directory.
