Hello i have a problem after update to access 2.7.5 my custom role can not see custom post type menu at back end
Hello,
Please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Follow our document to setup the access to your custom post types:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/setting-access-control/
section "Managing Access Control for Posts, Pages and Custom Post Types".
See screenshot:
hidden link
Make sure you have enabled the access of custom user role to your custom post types.
i have the latest updates and everything was working fine until the update
Please try these:
1) Dashboard-> Toolset-> Access Control
find your custom post type, click "Save" button, and test again.
2) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2019, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code snippets, and test again
3) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
4) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks

i have done everything still the same problem (problem is only at the backend of custom role)
database is very big more than 600mb
You can put your database dump file into your own google drive disk, and share the link in below private message box, also point out the problem user role, and which custom post type menu item should not be displayed.
I need to duplicate the same problem and debug it in my localhost. Private message box enabled again.
My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
