Posts created through forms are not linking to Parent post

This support ticket is created 2 years, 11 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Tell us what you are trying to do?
Using a form to add a custom post type, but link to parent is not always being created.

What is the link to your site?

Do you see any error or warning on the screen or in the error log when the relationship with the parent is not created?

I'll recommend turning on WordPress debugging and try creating some posts using the form and then see if any errors or warnings are logged.
