After te lastest update Post Fields are no longer visible on the front- and backend. I cannot select them anymore. I tried to empty the cache.

The Views are working but the custom Post Fields are not showing up:

I must know more to help you better.

It would be good that you first update your Toolset to it's latest version. Can you do this please?

❌ Be sure to backup your database first before you proceed! ❌
⌥ You can use a plugin for this if you like.
I often use the Duplicator plugin for this purpose.
See: http://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/

1. How are the Custom Fields inserted

2. What kind of Custom Fields are we talking about?

3. Please tell me if you see any error when you enable the WP Debug and reload the faulty pages:
https://codex.wordpress.org/WP_DEBUG

4. Does the issue also persist with Theme Twenty Fourteen and NO Plugins BUT Toolset?

If not, could you then re-enable the Plugins one after the other, and check the issue each time you enable a plugin?
Please report me when the issue comes back
It might also be due to the Theme.
Please do reactivate your Theme only after you are sure the issue isn't coming form a 3rd Party Plugin.

I am asking above details because I can not reproduce this problem after a update on a live site (and 3 others) I did yesterday.

Thank you

Hi Beda,

I have made the custom fields and the taxonomies again. And voila: the content of the fields is showing in the front- and backend. I did the same thing for the taxonomy and this also works.

Resolved for now.
