Hi George,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

If these plugins are missing from the installed plugins list ( WP Admin -> Plugins -> Installed Plugins ), do you see any error or warning when you try to reinstall or activate them?

I'll recommend turning on WordPress debugging ( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ ) and then try to reinstall and activate the Types and Views plugin again.

In case you see any error or warning on the screen or in the server's error log, please let me know.

regards,
Waqar

When I tried to reinstall this is what came up.

Installing Plugin from uploaded file: types.3.3.5 (1).zip
Unpacking the package…

Installing the plugin…

Destination folder already exists. /home/content/p3pnexwpnas08_data02/19/41770119/html/wp-content/plugins/types/

Plugin installation failed.

Return to Plugin Installer

Just let me know what I should do next.

Hi George,

Thanks for writing back and for sharing the error message.

This suggests that incomplete or corrupt files exist for the plugin on the server, already.

I'll suggest deleting the "types" folder from "wp-content/plugins/" folder, using FTP access or your web hosting's file manager tool.

After that, you'll not see this same error, when you'll install the plugin files, downloaded from:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/

Note: If you're experiencing the same issue with the Toolset Views plugin, please repeat the same steps with the "wp-views" folder, too.

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

regards,
Waqar
