Tell us what you are trying to do?
I just activated the plugin and want to use your plugin. But our custom post from our plugin hidden link doesn't show in you dashboard.

Is there any documentation that you are following?
I don't know anything about programming, so I looked up your support forum and found similar issues here:
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/one-custom-post-type-is-not-showing-in-toolset-dashboard/
https://toolset.com/forums/topic/get-list-of-all-custom-created-post-types-not-custom-post-name/
They talk about custom post needs to be registered as 'public' need to be set on 'true', I checked the plugin:
hidden link
so I don't know now what to do.

Is there a similar example that we can see?
I don't understand this question.

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I tried to activate the plugin that you mentioned ( hidden link ) on my test website, but, it shows a number of fatal errors and can't be activated.

That plugin was updated a long time ago, so are you able to activate it on your website, and have you consulted the plugin's author?

regards,
Waqar

HI there,

Thanks for checking. We have been using this plugin since the beginning. We have never really deactivated it, so I don't know how one should activate this (I don't have a spare wordpress site to test it).

I contacted the author, who hasn't replied yet. But the plugin creates these 3 post types (see screenshot), and each of them have many posts inside. Screenshots shows for instance the "Dhamma Talks" (audio talks) section. So these 3 don't show up on the dashboard. Is there anything you can say or guide me so I can have a constructive discussion with the developer where to look at? Or how can I troubleshoot? I am also happy to give you access to our site to have a quick look.

As long as these 'appears' on the dashboard, I think I get started.

Thanks.

Hi Narindo,

Thank you for sharing these details.

Since the plugin can't be effectively activated on a new test website, I'll need access to your website's admin area to see it in action.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message? I'll also need your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website, in case it needs to be investigated on a different server.

Note: Your next reply will be private and though no changes will be made on your website, it is recommended to make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing these details.

I tried to access the website's admin area, but I keep getting Cloudflare keeps showing the 'Access denied message with Error 1020".

Can you please see if any GEO IP restrictions are in place to access the website's admin area?

#2215849

Sorry about that. I added Pakistan to the GEO IP allowed regions. Let me know if that helps.

My issue is resolved now. Thank you!
