I need to enhance my images for the items that come up in my searches. The links are connected to our YouTube library and are clear on the YouTube page. I've tried using different images and altering the DPI and the size. I've also tried altering the size and layout of the items my search brings up but nothing has worked.

When you visit my site, just scroll to the bottom of the page I have lined and you will see what I'm talking about.

What is the link to your site? hidden link

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've compared the image thumbnails for the videos on your YouTube page and the website's search page, but couldn't notice any loss of image quality or pixelation.

Are you seeing the image pixelation on any particular device or browser? You're welcome to share screenshot(s), to show what you're seeing.

It is important to note here that Toolset or any website builder has no control over the image thumbnails coming from the YouTube embeds. The better the quality of the image thumbnails is at YouTube, the better they'll show up when embedded.

regards,
Waqar

Hello - Thank you for your fast response. When you look on a mobile platform, the images are clear and arranged on top of each other due to space. However, when you look on a desktop, they are fuzzy. See my attached photo.

I feel like the images would be more clear if I could add another column so there were four across when you view the page on a laptop or desktop. I don't see how I can add another column. Is this possible?

Thanks for writing back.

I'm not sure what changes have been made since yesterday, but, I'm not seeing the YouTube videos in the view's results.

As shown in the attached screenshot, you can control the grid's column count from the view's "View Loop" block settings.

You can also use the device icons on the top of the setting, to set different column count for different devices/screen widths.

Can you tell me how to add a column so that when a search is done, there are four columns of results? I have three columns of results now and I think adding the fourth will improve the image quality of my video thumbnails.

I tried finding a tutorial on adding a column but I didn't find exactly what I needed. I also looked at what your suggestions were but that wasn't helpful either. I haven't needed to work behind the scenes of my site in Toolset since I created my search almost a year ago, so I'm a bit rusty. I need step-by-step instruction or a link to a tutorial on adding columns to your search results, please.

Thanks!
