Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Your website's server is set to use PHP 8, which is currently not supported.
( ref: https://toolset.com/toolset-requirements/ )

The PHP 8 support is planned to be covered in the upcoming release of Toolset plugins, but, until then, please downgrade the PHP version to PHP 7.

I hope this helps and let me know if the issue persists, even after switching to PHP 7.

regards,
Waqar

Hi,

Thank you for your time.

I have downgraded to PHP 7.4, but still, have the error.

Best regards

Lars

Thanks for writing back and sorry to learn that the issue still persists.

I couldn't reproduce this error on my test website, so it seems something specific to your website is involved.

Do I have your permission to download a clone/snapshot of your website? This will help in investigating this on a different server, without affecting the actual website.

Note: The admin access details that you previously shared, no longer seem to work. Please enable that user access again or share a new temporary admin user details. I'm setting your next reply as private.

Sorry for the late reply.

Because of easter I haven't been at the office.

I had to roll back the solution, as the client had to work on it.

Have you had any trouble with All In One SEO?

That was the last thing I changed (added) before the crash?

#2345217

We haven't received any other report about a compatibility issue with the "All In One SEO" plugin.

Does it get fixed, if the "All In One SEO" plugin is deactivated?

Whenever you're ready, you can share the clone/snapshot of the website and we'll have it investigated, accordingly.
