Page with toolset drop-down list not showing at frontend

This support ticket is created 2 years, 7 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Dear experts,

I'm trying to use toolset views and search functions to create a page with drop-down list, somehow I've done all the settings but the page didn't show up at preview or published page? Any idea?

I remembered I tested one before and it showed up but somehow it didn't show up anymore, not sure what I've done wrong.

Dear experts,

I found that it might not be related to Toolset, it was something to do with the whole subsite (we are hosting multisite). I tried it with other subsite and it displayed well.

Not sure if you ran into similar case before? looks like to be template related issue.

Hello,

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) Make sure you are using the latest version of Toolset plugins, you can download them here:
https://toolset.com/account/downloads/
2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:
https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/debugging-sites-built-with-toolset/
3) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate all other plugins, switch to WordPress default theme 2022, and test again
