what I see.png

I am trying to:
I can access all post types in the WP menu interface (to add items to menu, for example). Another admin working on the site can't see any of the custom post types

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
All post types listed under pages on the left.

Instead, I got:
Just native WP pages and posts, custom links and categories.

Hello,

Please try these:
Login as other admin user, Dashboard-> Appearence-> Menus
click link "Screen Options", enable those custom post type options, and test again.
