Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

Can you please check by switching the theme to twentytwenty-two and see if you able to see the archive results as expected.

As I understand, you build a taxonomy archive and you want to display the posts belongs to that taxonomy for which you are displaying the taxonomy archive. If this is correct:

*** Please make a FULL BACKUP of your database and website.***
I would also eventually need to request temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to your site. Preferably to a test site where the problem has been replicated if possible in order to be of better help and check if some configurations might need to be changed.

I have set the next reply to private which means only you and I have access to it.

I checked and found that the follwoing archive is assinged to display multipe post types and taxonomies:
- hidden link

I've to disable the plugin "Disable Gutenberg" as it was conflicting the edit archive page in admin.

Now, what if you try to create a new archive and assign it to your desired taxonomy in this case "supply-chain-categories" taxnomy and add your buttons to download the PDF.

It will allow you to manage the archive efficiently for specific post type/taxonomy.

Hi Minesh, thank you for your quick response and assistance so far. Is there a way to keep the current archive in place for now while ensuring the Supply Chain Opening Results display correctly? I can see that they are now appearing here, but for some reason each item is showing twice as a duplicate entry: hidden link

Also noticed an unusual space between the pdf's: hidden link compared to the live website: hidden link
