I've updated all the software today and notice that old CPT (Pickups) entires (prior to update) are not displayed when viewing on frontend. New CPT (Pickups) entires after update work fine. Also, a different CPT (Trucks) is working fine for old and new entires.

I'm using a Custom Elementor template and Toolset Dynamic fields for both CPTs.
No Content Templates are assigned to the same CPT.

any guidance is appreciated!

Hi Larry,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot the blank posts, I'll need access to the website's admin area.

Would you mind sharing the temporary admin login details, in reply to this message?

I've set the next reply private, which means only you and our support team will have access to it.

Important note: Please make a complete backup of the website, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Larry,

Thank you for sharing the login details.

I've checked the admin area for the main website ( schedulepickups.com ) and noticed that there are no "Pickups" posts.

The website at sub-domain ( test2.schedulepickups.com ) which was shown in your video, is not accessible and is showing "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" error.

Can you please share information on how to access the affected posts?

regards,
Waqar

Strange. I had to add the subdomain in cpanel. Not sure why this is the case.
But it's working now..
All the other subsites worked fine

Hi Larry,

Thanks for writing back and I can now access the website.

As explained in our documentation ( https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/create-templates-for-custom-post-types-with-elementor-and-toolset/#limitations-when-using-elementor-and-toolset-templates-together ), if a Toolset View's content template and Elementor's template both are assigned to the same content, it results in a blank page.

You can visit WP Admin -> Toolset -> Content Templates and use "Clear 10 Pickup" button to un-assign the "Pickups" content template from the older posts:

I hope this helps and please let me know how it goes.

Waqar
