Tell us what you are trying to do?
I'm trying to see and edit a template. When I edit the template I don't see any blocks.
In the dashboard I see some errors about the single php file hat I dont know how to fix. In the "retreats" where there is no errors I dont see any blocks or how to edit the template neither.
Will you be so kind to help me with that?

Is there any documentation that you are following?
https://toolset.com/course-lesson/creating-templates-to-display-custom-posts/?utm_source=plugin&utm_medium=gui&utm_campaign=blocks

Is there a similar example that we can see?
For instance here hidden link I'd like to adjust the size of the picture and the colors of fonts and backgrounds

What is the link to your site?

Thank you so much in advance!

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

To troubleshoot this, I'll need to see how this template is set up in the admin area.

Can you please share temporary admin login details, in reply to this message? I'll be in a better position to suggest the next steps, accordingly.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar

Thank you for sharing these details, but, I'm getting the incorrect username/password message.

Can you please check the username and password again?

Note: I've set your next reply as private.

The new access details worked, thank you.

It looks like the Toolset content template "Template for Retreats" was accidentally created and was assigned to some of the "Retreats" posts that are showing empty.

The "Retreats" posts that are showing the content are using the template from Divi builder.

To fix this, you can:

1. Go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Content Templates and open the template "Template for Retreats" for editing

2. From its "Retreats" section uncheck the option for the "Retreats" post type and update the content template so that this template is unassigned from all the "Retreats" posts.
( screenshot: hidden link )

3. After that, to avoid any future confusion, you can delete this content template from WP Admin -> Toolset -> Content Templates.

4. Next, to make changes to how the content on the "Retreats" posts shows, you can edit the relevant Divi's template from WP Admin -> Divi -> Theme Builder

I hope this helps and please let me know if you need any further assistance around this.

Hi Waqar,
thank you sooo much for your help so far. I did solve one of the issue.
Here is a video hidden link to explain my doubts regarding Toolset.
I will investigate from a Divi perspective regarding the image I mentioned in the video. Wondering if you can help me with the Toolset use across my website and if I should do something about the error messages. To which extent the intermediary posts are used? Do we need the plugin?

Thanks in advance for your precious help.

Olga.

Thank you for your kind words and glad I could help.

1. The image showing on the top is coming from the same Divi template too.

If you'll turn on the wireframe mode ( ref: hidden link ), and check the very first section's first row, you'll find an image block inside it:
( screenshot: hidden link )

2. The messages showing at WP Admin -> Toolset -> Dashboard are not errors and they don't indicate something is wrong.

That is just an overview page, to give users a quick glimpse into which of the post types and the archives are using the Toolset's content templates. It is perfectly fine if you're using the Divi builder's template for showing the content and it is a matter of personal preference.

3. When a many-to-many relationship is created, you have the options to control whether to create the intermediary post type for this relationship and if created, whether it should be available/visible or not in the WordPress admin area.
( screenshot: hidden link )

If that intermediary post type option is enabled, whenever two posts are connected in that many-to-many relationship, an intermediary post is created as a byproduct, which represents each connection in that relationship.

Here is an example use case for the intermediary post type. Suppose your website has two post types:
a). Students
b). Courses

And you've created a many-to-many relationship between these two post types so that multiple students can enroll in multiple courses. If you'll enable the option for the intermediary post type for this relationship and name that post type enrollment or registration, you'll get a new post automatically created in that intermediary post type, whenever any student and course posts are connected in a relationship.
( and on the relationship disconnection, the relevant intermediary post will be deleted automatically too )

If you don't need that extra intermediary post type, you can disable it from the relationship's settings.

I hope this explanation will make the usage clearer and please let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Thank you so much again for your precious help! It's getting clearer now 🙂 Glad to see that everything is good beside the error messages.
Even though we are using Divi to build the template, we are actively using the Toolset plugin with the many to many relationships. How do you get there: hidden link?
Thank you!

#2456127

That option screen (from that screenshot) is only available when you're creating a new, many-to-many relationship.

You can't access it for the relationship that is already created. You can however make the intermediary post type for a relationship disappear from the admin area.

Please go to WP Admin -> Toolset -> Relationships and open the edit screen of the target relationship. From there you can uncheck the option "Intermediary Post Type visible in WordPress admin menu".

All clear now, thank you so much for your patience and knowledge. You helped a lot with topics even out of Toolset. Very much appreciated.
Take care and thanks again Waqar!
