Not showing on 'post' page

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: Get the template to show in the 'boxes' area. How do I do this? I've tried many ways but to no avail. Thank you.

Do you mean the Content Template selection box? It is on the right hand side.

Please let me know if I misunderstood.

It already appears on the right but doesn't appear on the page until it appears on the top box, called Boxes.

Apologies, I am not sure I am understanding completely. Are you saying in some cases "Content Template" does not show up in "Boxes" at all?

Can you explain step by step how to repeat the issue?
