I am trying to:
Use toolset on our website.

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
The error message is on the dashboard but it is causing the buttons, colors, and other elements to not appear properly. hidden link

The error message I receive is:
Toolset needs to connect to its server to check for new releases and security updates. Something in the network or security settings is preventing this. Please allow outgoing communication to toolset.com to remove this notice.

However, when I click on "communication error details" it says everything is working fine.

Thanks for the details, I can login your website and see the problem. see it here:

There are lots of error messages:
Installer could not fetch subscription data for toolset. Error message: Invalid site key for the current site.

Please check it here:
1) Backup your website database
2) Delete the old version of Toolset Types plugin, all Toolset data are saved in your database, it is safe to remove the plugin files.
3) Install the latest version of Toolset Types plugin manually, you can download it here:

4) Follow our document to regenerate a site key:
https://toolset.com/faq/how-to-install-and-register-toolset/#automatic-installation-once-you-have-types-plugin-installed

Then test again.
