Tell us what you are trying to do?
i am trying to access generate press theme settings

Is there any documentation that you are following?
yes I know how it works

Is there a similar example that we can see?
look attached. is the error it returns when I try to view the generate press theme options. I tried to install Astra but it gives me the same error. if I disable toolset blocks everything works correctly. before everything worked correctly I don't know when this "conflict" started

thi is partial error mail:

What is the link to your site?

Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

Looking into your website's code, I noticed that the Elementor plugin is active too.

We've recently identified and escalated this issue where the "Customize" screen shows the error when Toolset and the Elementor plugins are active.

A fix for this will be included in the next batch of Toolset plugin updates, and for now, you'll find the patch and instructions to fix this at:
https://toolset.com/errata/fatal-error-on-customizer-page-after-updating-to-elementor-3-5/

I hope this helps and please let me know in case the issue persists, even after applying the patch.

regards,
Waqar

Unfortunately it didn't work, we replaced the file but it gives the same error 🙁

it only works if I disable the toolset forms plugin

#2258323

Thanks for writing back.

Have you also replaced the same file in the Toolset Forms plugin folder?
/wp-content/plugins/cred-frontend-editor/vendor/toolset/toolset-common/inc/autoloaded/interop/handler/elementor/widgets/view/

The PHP error in the error logs will let you know exactly which file is resulting in this error.

#2258727

No, I didn't. Now everything works ok.

Thank you

Thanks for the update and glad that it is working now.

You're welcome to mark this ticket as resolved and no further action is needed.
( since this fix will be included in the next release of Toolset plugins too )
