We go to the submit form page to enter our information as always, but it is blank and says No Form Specified. I've not made any changes. The front end form, then posts the info the Dogs for Sale page.

I've checked the page's content and noticed that the form's shortcode had some forward slashes appended to it:

[cred_form form=\"add-dog-for-sale\"]

I've removed those forward slashes and the form is showing correctly now.

[cred_form form="add-dog-for-sale"]



I wonder how they got inserted? I never added anything. thanks so much

The content of that page is added through the Themify Builder. It is possible that conversion happened when the content of the page was updated without the proper filters of that page builder.

In case this continues to happen only for the content saved through the Themify Builder, you can report this to their official support team.
