I am trying to:
see the content

Link to a page where the issue can be seen:
hidden link

I expected to see:
the content

Instead, I got:
only the title.

I also dont understand why I now do see the "you may also like teasers". Why do they come. In the pages before there where no recommended articles teasers at the bottom. That was one reason why I bought Toolset and created posttypes. How can I get rid of this teasers?

Hi there

I can't really comment without seeing how your site is set up, could I get access to your site?

I will mark your next reply as private so that I can get log-in credentials from you—you may want to create a temporary admin user for me to use that you can later delete. And be sure to have a current backup of your site.

You've created a custom post type Articles, and the problem is displaying these Article posts on the front-end correctly (showing the content, no teasers), is that right?

HI Nigel,

First thanks so much in reaching back to me!

Sure we can do that. Please give me your email adress so I can create a user.

It is true that I want to have the content displayed.

Now I created a new Post type called topics. This now is working fine.
So its not so dramatic anymore. I would be able to delete the articles post type and rename it.

The remaining question then would be how I can really delete posttypes. If I delete them using toolset, the articles still exist.

Thanks
Regards
Jens

It's correct that if you delete a post type, it deletes the settings about that post type, but it doesn't remove content from the database of that type.

In such a case you should delete the content before you delete the post type.

If you already deleted the post type then you can simply recreate it (the only requirement is that it has the same slug as when registered previously), when you will be able to see the existing content, which you can then delete, and then delete the post type again.
