[Resolved] My Toolset view stopped functioning

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

I am trying to: search for a product in the Toolset view

I expected to see: a relationship product

I tried to log in to the admin area using the access details that you've shared, but I keep getting the 'Invalid login details.' error.

While viewing the page that you've shared, there are several script errors in the browser's console. They are related to the minified version of the scripts coming from the cache/code optimization plugin and the script for the live chat.

To troubleshoot this, I'll suggest the following steps:

1. Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

2. It would be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One.

If it's fixed, you can start adding the disabled items, one by one, to narrow down to a possible conflicting one.

3. In case the issue persists, please share the updated username and password details for a temporary admin user, so that I can see how this view is set up in the admin area.

Note: Your next reply will be private and making a complete backup copy is recommended before sharing the access details.

I found the root cause why Toolset stopped functioning.
We have a caching plugin called WP Rocket.
Could you please check its settings and let me know which ones I can use without breaking Tolset ?
