[Resolved] My custom post types are stuck defaulting to usage with all post types

This support ticket is created 8 years, 2 months ago. There's a good chance that you are reading advice that it now obsolete.

This is the technical support forum for Toolset - a suite of plugins for developing WordPress sites without writing PHP.

Everyone can read this forum, but only Toolset clients can post in it. Toolset support works 6 days per week, 19 hours per day.

Hi,

I am trying to modify my custom type "Surveys".

When I edit the custom type is says that field group it says it is linked to "All post types".
I click edit to view the custom post type group (screenshot a) and it says it is defaulted to all post types.
I open the settings tab and it shows blank (screenshot b) which should be the default setting
I set the group to only display on "surveys" (screenshot c)
I save my changes (screenshot d)
On refresh my changes have disappeared and the defaul setting is back... (screenshot e)

Please help as it is urgent.

To best troubleshoot the problem, I would like to request temporary Administrative access to your WordPress site. Please include the Login URL, Username and Password along with your FTP connection information. Feel free to create a temporary admin user solely for this purpose.
