[Resolved] My CRED Edit Links Lead Me Back To The Post (no form displayed)

This thread is resolved. Here is a description of the problem and solution.

Problem: I am trying to use a Forms edit post link to edit a post, but it am simply redirected back to the post and no Form is displayed.

Solution: When using Elementor templates, the template must include a post body widget. Otherwise the edit post form will not be displayed.

I'm sure the Post Content element is needed, I just don't know what for. What am I supposed to do with the nonsensical text at the bottom of each listing?

The post content element, which I placed at the bottom of the template for now, is required for edit post Forms to work. The idea is that you only place the post content in one place in the template, using the post content element. Your template includes the post content twice, so if you're not editing the post there is duplicated content. I'm not sure what the Premium Unfold element does, but if you can place a post content element in it directly instead of using the Content Template shortcode, it might fix the duplication and place the Form instead of the main text. I'm not really an expert with these third-party systems so that's something you're going to have to experiment with.

Well...that's just...horrible.

I've changed the listing description to a custom field and remove the editor portion of the post type. I used the new custom field in the top of the template and the blank post content element is at the bottom.

Thanks for all of your help with this!
