Hi Christian!
Lovely! This works fine! I still need to reorder the products to avoid empty spots in my grids, but for what you said, I understand this is because I am not using a flexible grid CSS.

I have another question not related with that. Tell me if I need to open a new ticket.

1. Most of the times, when I make a change in a product, I need to go to WooCommerce Views > Save all settings because the product pages appear empty in the front-end. When I save the settings (without any change), the products appears. I am using Elementor theme builder for my product pages. Is it normal?

2. If I go to Elementor and check the system info, I see a few of errors like that:

ViewDestroyedError: View (cid: "view1312") has already been destroyed and cannot be used.
 at hidden link - 22:19954
 2018-11-28 10:39 +00:00

Is it normal or related with the previous question?

Thanks again for your help Christian!
Regards

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for contacting us and I'll be happy to assist.

1. I was not able to reproduce this behavior on my test website, so I'll need to check how "Toolset WooCommerce Views", "Elementor" and single product pages are configured on your website.

Can you please share temporary admin login details for the WordPress admin area, so that I can log in and see the settings?

Important note: Please make sure a complete backup copy of the website has been made before sharing the access details.

Let me know the specific steps to be able to see the issue, as well.

Your next reply will be private and only you and our support team will have access to it.

2. The error "ViewDestroyedError" seems to be coming from the Elementor plugin and I found a similar report from a different user, who wasn't using Toolset.
( ref: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/can-no-longer-edit-changes-on-pages/ )

It would be best to report this to Elementor plugin's support for the most accurate and up-to-date information.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Pablo,

Thank you for sharing the login details and I apologize for the delay.

I've checked a duplicated product ( hidden link ) and noticed that a Toolset's content template named "Plantilla para Productos" ( hidden link ) was assigned to it.
( screenshot: hidden link )

It is not recommended to assign a Toolset Content Template and an Elementor template to a content item, at the same time. We have more details on the topic at:
https://toolset.com/documentation/user-guides/using-toolset-with-elementor-page-builder/create-templates-for-custom-post-types-with-elementor-and-toolset/#limitations-when-using-elementor-and-toolset-templates-together

Please go to that content template's edit screen ( hidden link ) and use the "Change usage" button to detach it from the products.

I hope this helps.

regards,
Waqar

Hi Waqar!

I've done what you said and now I don't have to resave the settings in WC Views 🙂
So thank you for your awesome support!

Have a nice day!
