I am trying to add two CRED forms in same page but somehow there is conflict between the forms.
After submitting the form: if there is any error on the form, other form is being replaced by the one which was just submitted.

I expected to see both the forms working independently. But when the page loads, the forms act normal, and when we submit one form, the other one gets replaced.
FYI: Screenshot Attached for two forms along with annotations about what is happening.
