I am trying to: Set a custom size for the images in my View Loop. I had a custom size that was working on the page, but in the process of trying to resolve other issues, the custom sizes disappeared. When I tried to reset them (and add cropping), I got the "missing information for resizing image" error. According to this link, Toolset resolved the problem with a software fix:
https://toolset.com/errata/missing-information-for-resizing-the-image-error-in-image-block-when-using-custom-size/
But since I am getting that error, it does not seem to be resolved.
This is a page where I couldn't set the custom size and add the cropping feature. The images are different sizes.

I see there are Image resizing settings in the Toolset/Settings page. Should I try using these instead. Would they apply if I am applying it to already uploaded media files?
Hi,
Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.
The issue that you referenced was resolved in Toolset Blocks 1.5.
To troubleshoot this, I'll recommend the following steps:
1. From Toolset -> Settings -> Custom Content, use the 'Clear Cached Images' and the 'Clear Outdated Cached Images' buttons.
2. If the issue persists, you can install a plugin like the "Regenerate Thumbnails" plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ ) to generate all the image thumbnails again.
3. It would also be interesting to test this with all non-Toolset plugins disabled and with a default theme like Twenty Twenty-One. This will help in narrowing down any possible compatibility issues.
I hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
regards,
Waqar
Thank you, Waqar, for replying. I will try what you recommend. Currently my hosting site is doing some work and requested I refrain from working on the site for a few days. So as soon as I have the chance, I will let you know if this resolved it. Thanks again.
Sure, please take your time and let me know how it goes.
