Hello,

All that was done was deactivate and reactivate all the plugins.

There was also a test page that I created here hidden link

Nothing else was done to the site.

Thanks,
Shane

It should be noted that all your plugins were re-enabled.

There were some that weren't when I was checking the site so you may perhaps need to disable the ones that were previously disabled.

Hi,

I have finally sorted it out.

There is a conflict with "GDPR Cookie Consent"".

Even disabled from the network, it remained enabled on the main site.

No we have to find out how to make them work together...

Hello,

Perhaps you can try using an alternative plugin like the one below.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/gdpr-cookie-compliance/

This one should provide a similar functionality.

Thanks,
Shane

Hello Shane,

The problem is that we have already paied for "GDPR Cookie Consent" and spent a lot of time on setting it up properly.

At this stage mu customer refuses to change the GDPR plugin and asks us to find a solution with Toolset Maps.

We already had a compliance issue with Tarteaucitron.js (hidden link), the former GDPR plugin we had to give up.

Hello,

I tested the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin with a clean install of maps on a test site and the issue isn't there at all. So the GDPR Cookie Consent plugin as it stands seems to doesn't interfere with our Maps plugin.

However is there an alternative GDPR plugin that you can test out other than the one here
hidden link

Doing a quick search on the wordpress plugin repository I found quite a few that could help.
https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/GDPR/

Please let me know if this works for you.
Thanks,
Shane
