Hi!

Thanks for a great plattform and plugin!

I have solved many of my issues with the help of your Documentation and Support forum, but now I havent found a solution for one issue that I have stumbled upon:

I have one view with a map where the markers are populated from two Custom Search Filters. Everything works perfect with the filters and search result in map and post listning below when i use the filters.

But when I load the page for the first time (no filters applied) I just get an empty map with no markers but all the posts are showing up below. I want the markers to be displayed aswell.

When I use the filters and select something from my dropdown the markers are generated on map and posts below are shown accordingly. Then when I go back and select the "Default" option (show all) in my search filter dropdown the map generates all markers and all post shown below again. This is the default view I would like to have on page load. How do I accomplish that?

Best regard!
Maria

Hello,

How do you setup the map shortcode and marker shortcode?
Please take a screenshot for your post view settings?

Hi Lou!

Thanks for quick reply!

I realized that I forgot to mention that the view contains the search filters and post listing output. But the map is rendered outside the view via shortcode. So when I tried with the map in the same view it works as I want, but when map is rendered from short code it doesn’t work. Is there any work around for this? I need the map to be placed outside the view because I use Elementor as page builder.

If you need I can still upload image?

Thanks in advance!

Toolset map shortcode should work when you put it outside the view shortcode too, there might be other compatibility issues in your website, please check these:
1) deactivate all other plugins, and switch to WordPress default theme 2021, deactivate all custom PHP/JS code, and test again
2) Also check if there is any PHP/JS error in your website:

3) If the problem still persists, please provide database dump file(ZIP file) of your website, you can put the package files in your own google drive disk, share the link only, also point out the problem page URL and view URL, I need to test and debug it in my localhost, thanks
