Hi,

Thank you for contacting us and I'd be happy to assist.

I've performed some tests with a custom taxonomy registered through code in the theme's "functions.php" file and its query filter in the view works as expected.

Please make sure that WordPress, active theme, and plugins are all updated to the latest versions.

In case the issue still persists, I'll need to see how this view and the custom taxonomy are set up in the admin area. You can share temporary admin login details along with a link to a page where this view can be seen, in reply to this message.

Note: Your next reply will be private and please make a complete backup copy, before sharing the access details.

regards,
Waqar
