Make photos clickable in listing pages?

I'd like them to be able to click on the photo, which is the featured image, and be taken to the horse's individual page. Currently the photo is not clickable.

The title of the cpt is clickable. I'd just like the photo to go to the same place. Not to the photo, but to the post.
