I am trying to:
Edit my archive Layouts

I expected to see:
A list of my archives

Instead, I got:
Tab does not load list of archives

The problem is not unique to this site. I am experiencing the same problem across all of my installations.

Hello,

I assume we are talking about this page:
hidden link

I have tested it in your website, and see some JS error, for example:
Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'toLowerCase' of null

see screenshot tab-archives.JPG

The problem you mentioned above is abnormal, please check these:
1) In case it is a compatibility problem, please deactivate other plugins, and switch to wordpress default theme 2017, and test again

2) And I requested access to your duplicator package, if you still need assistance to locate the problem plugin/theme, please grant the access request.

Hi. Yes. That is the correct page.

I have disabled all plugins and switched to the toolset starter theme. When I load the page there is no javascript error. When I click on the tab, then the error occurs.

It appears that this is not related to any other plugins or themes.

The Duplicator plugin does not appear to work and produces a 503 error when I try to run it.

The javascript error appears to be coming from Toolset layouts at the following path:

\wp-content\plugins\layouts\inc\gui\listing\js\models\ListingItems.js

[EDIT] I would guess that Toolset is not handling the existing naming conventions for my layouts, which might explain why this is a problem across all of my sites.
