Yes thanks it works fine. I still have the issue of the image block not loading the styles. check the image below for better understing or visit the edit page again you will notice that the image block is not loading.

There might be some misunderstandings:
1) Since there are lots of 500/503 errors, there should be some PHP errors in your website, and it will conducts other unexpected results, including the issue you mentioned above:
image styling block is not coming up for me to style the image

2) So we need to fix the PHP errors first, then check this thread issue.
