Tell us what you are trying to do?

1.2 came up as ready for update, but it has "beta" in the name. Is this ready for use on a production site?

Is there any documentation that you are following?

No

Is there a similar example that we can see?

What is the link to your site?

Hello. Thank you for contacting the Toolset support.

As you can see with the following blog post, the Toolset Blocks 1.2 is still in beta mode.
=> https://toolset.com/2020/04/toolset-blocks-1-2-beta/

We do not encourage to go with production for now as its beta version but you can expect the stable Toolset Blocks 1.2 as soon as possible.

We offer the Beta so that users play with newly added features and we can identify the bugs and fix it before we release the stable release.

Ok thanks

I think its great that you release the beta, but recommend you should just release through the Toolset site rather than replacing the production release in the WordPress directory.

I'm not sure if I understood well what you are saying but Beta will not be automatically installed on your production sites.

On the Downloads page you will see the dropdown to download the Beta or Stable plugins.
